Biography

Mr. Yzaguirre’s experience includes domestic and international business, government and law, as well as expertise in a wide variety of industries and sectors. He currently serves on the board of Aris Water Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: ARIS), is Chairman of its Compensation Committee and serves on its Audit Committee. He also serves on the board of Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO) and serves on its Innovation Committee and Finance Committee. Mr. Yzaguirre served on the boards of directors of BBVA USA Bancshares, Inc. and BBVA USA Bank from 2009 to 2021, and on the boards of directors of Texas Regional Bancshares and Texas State Bank from 2000 to 2006. He served as Executive Chairman of the energy infrastructure construction company, Forbes Bros. Holdings, Ltd., from 2019 to 2021, and as its U.S. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2019.  He was Chairman and CEO of Isolux Ingenieria USA, L.L.C., the US operation of Isolux Corsan, a Spanish engineering, procurement and construction company.  Mr. Yzaguirre is also a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA).
